ROUTINE ELEVATORS MAINTENANCE
Required by law at least twice a year, every 6 months, routine elevators maintenance consists of the meticulous inspection and review of all the elements that ensure the smooth operation of the system and, above all, the safety of users.
If deemed useful, the customer may choose to increase the number of maintenance visits according to the characteristics of the installation and its needs.
The proper functionality and safety of your elevator depends on an accurate and suitable preventive maintenance program.
This program is carefully studied with our contact persons taking into account the technical characteristics of the installation, its intended use as well as the architectural context and, above all, the specific needs of the Customer.
EXTRAORDINARY ELEVATORS MAINTENANCE
Unlike routine maintenance, extraordinary elevators maintenance does not have a predetermined cadence but is planned if the outdated system needs improvement or if the technician, during routine maintenance, finds that one or more elevator components have failed to such an extent that the regular use of the system and its safety are affected, to the point of making it dangerous for those using it.
Extraordinary elevators maintenance consists of the replacement of major plant components, such as the switchboard and motor, with newer ones developed with more advanced technologies, or the replacement of doors and cabin.
Elevators modernization

24-hour emergency service
Ascensori Servizi S.r.l. has a seamless service active 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, intended for the rescue of passengers trapped inside the cabin.
This service consists of a connection to the Operations Center of Ascensori Servizi S.r.l., for alerting and coordinating the technical personnel assigned to rescue passengers who may be trapped inside the cabin.
The Service can be used through the exclusively dedicated toll-free number posted inside each cabin on a special plaque or, if installed, through the two-way communication system.
The operations center identifies the technical team closest to the facility to ensure timely on-site assistance.
16 HOUR Technical Assistance Extension
Ascensori Servizi S.r.l. has a continuous Technical Assistance service from 07:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on every weekday and holiday, aimed at restoring the operation of failed systems following minor breakdowns by sending its own Technical personnel.
